This project aims to analyze and visualize global layoffs in the private sector for the years 2020-2023. The data was prepared and analysed using SQL and visualised using Tableau. The main focus of this project was to explore the trends in layoffs during the covid-19 pandemic and the years following that.
Airbnb is the leading company for short-term housing rentals. For investors looking to acquire properties as short-term rentals, the process can be daunting. Extensive market research is required to identify the best areas and the most profitable times of the year. To assist with this, I have visualized publicly available Airbnb data to create a dashboard that aids in market research. The data extracted focuses on rentals in the Seattle city area, but the process can be easily replicated for other counties and cities.
